When we last checked in with Gene Patrick's The Passing Scene, it had been revived in March of 1974 after being absent from the Journal for about five years.
Back on this post, I featured the strips that ran during August and September 1974. To play catch-up and continue my quest of posting all available strips, here are the available Passing Scenes that ran in October and November 1974. I've also included the December 7, 1974 edition.

I continue to marvel at Patrick's talent, and ability to wring a laugh out of the most staid news items.

Gene’s strips were great. I remember reading them in the 70’s as a HS student. Funny thing how old sayings ring true especially “you never knew you’d miss it until it’s gone “ I sure miss a daily afternoon newspaper. Todd

What fun! Thanks for posting these.
"Heads" - "Latrines" - made me laugh out loud.
