Original Brookside High School Then & Now Part 2

Here's the photo that Mr. Herdendorf was referring to on Monday when he solved my 'mystery.' It's from his excellent Arcadia Images of America - Sheffield Village book, and shows the south facade of Brookside High School in the 1920s. That's Colorado Avenue – as a dirt road – in the foreground.

And here's the matching "now" shot (below) of the building today, taken on my way home from work on Tuesday. (Actually I had to turn around and backtrack to get the shot.)

Except for a few glimpses of the old roofline, it's pretty much unrecognizable due to all the additions and the addition of the gymnasium in the middle.
